I’m Wendy Price, owner and Designated Broker of Price Right Real Estate. My 15 years of real estate experience started in 1995 in the beautiful mountains of Northern Idaho. Sandpoint, Idaho to be exact. I was a Real Estate Agent with John L. Scott Real Estate for 2 years before merging with Century 21 Four Seasons Real Estate, and then a year or so later we dropped the franchise and became Four Seasons Real Estate.

In 1999 my husband was given a job transfer opportunity… one that we couldn’t pass up. So in 2000 we bought our home in Clarkston, Washington, and in the years since then the Valley has become just that… our home. My husband and two boys enjoy the warmer climate, and I have to say… I haven’t missed the snow shoveling. The boys really like the longer baseball season too. The warmer climate here in the “Banana Belt” is perfect for the river sports and recreation. From fishing and jet boating the Snake, Salmon and Clearwater Rivers to water skiing (wake boarding if you prefer) and picnicking the multiple parks in each state as they sit on either side of the Snake River.
