Hi, my name is Kurt Ausman and I am a Real Estate agent with Price Right Real Estate serving Lewiston, Clarkston and the surrounding area.
As a fifth generation resident of the beautiful Lewis Clark Valley, I am proud of my family’s history and contributions to our local community. I was born and raised in Asotin and moved across the river to Lewiston to attend college in 1987 and have lived there ever since.
I am happily married to my wife of two years, Nikki and we are expecting our first child in January. I also have been blessed with a large family with whom we spend a large amount of time with.
I am a 1992 graduate of Lewis-Clark State College where I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration degree. I have also taken many Real Estate courses ranging from Marketing, Client Management, Sales and other related fields.
My Real Estate career started in 1992 with Ausman Realty which my parents owned and operated. I worked as an agent for four years and as a sales manager for seven years. In 2005 we merged with Price Right Real Estate.
In addition to my management, public relations and sales experience, I have been heavily involved in business organizations such as the Lewiston and Clarkston Chamber of commerce, Clarkston Rotary Club, local and National Realtor associations and have served on the board of directors at different times for these organizations. I have also been a supporter of non-profit organizations such as the Tri-State Hospital Foundation, The Salvation Army, Christmas in April and a current member of the Asotin Lions Club. These connections have proven to be very valuable in my business dealings.
I have also been the Washington President of the Lewis Clark Association of Realtors and was voted Realtor of the year in 1999. In addition I have served on the Board of Realtors and numerous committees over the years.
